Beginnende FBI-agent Jo Dee Fostar wordt aangewezen om de zaak van de Psycho Killer op te lossen, een seriemoordenaar met inmiddels meer dan 120 slachtoffers op zijn conto. Om meer over deze seriemoordenaar te weten te komen, gaat hij op bezoek bij Dr. Animal Cannibal Pizza. Intussen heeft Jo's vriendinnetje 400.000 dollar gestolen, waarmee ze via omzwervingen belandt in het Cemetary Motel. Dit motel wordt gerund door Antonio Motel, een man die onder de plak zit bij zijn gestoorde moeder.
